I have a Verizon iPhone 5 and I was wondering if someone can tell me if these results are good compared to maybe what you have seen before? The top result is my wifi and the bottom is the Verizon LTE in my area (Bossier City/Shreveport, Louisiana). I must say, I had the Verizon iPhone 4 ever since day one, and I am blown away by the speed of LTE.

Yes, 26mbps download is quite good. No worries.:)

Your upload is quite high as well!

Cool, I appreciate it!! Nice to know that my carrier (Verizon) is the only carrier in my area that has 4G/LTE capability.

So does that mean my LTE is faster than my home wifi?

Oh wow I guess Phil was not pulling our leg at the keynote when he said that the LTE speeds of the iPhone 5 are faster than some wifi, lol

That's pretty damn good. And yes that's definitely faster then your home wifi but I wouldn't use it all the time if you don't have unlimited data.

The way to know if your WiFi speed is good is to know what the "up to" speed your paying for is.

That is great. For example, LTE in San Diego county varies wildly. It can go from 1mbps in the 'dead' areas(areas where 3G was also almost non-existent) and I have hit over 40mbps in others. I can never go back to 3G....

Technically, "faster" is a relative term. Because any speeds above 4-5mbps, you won't see a difference in web browsing time.

Maybe the only time you're see a difference in speed is when you're downloading an app or tethering the internet to your laptop/computer.

In your case, your download and upload will be faster. But surfing the web may feel a bit slower, based on your latency. The lower the latency, the quicker the data is being requested and sent back to your device.

133ms isn't bad, however. If you're just browsing on your iPhone, chances are you won't notice the difference.

Looks great as your Mobile Broadband is faster than your WiFi!
