Well, you could use more content for starters. What kind of stuff do you want to have up there, what's the goal of the site? It really helps if the purpose of the site is clear to viewers, so make sure you let them know what to expect and/or look for.
Also, you have one small error in your code. You've got an image tag before your doctype declaration that needs to be moved.
So how you like KHS? I'm a Hilo High grad ('96) and my parents lived up Wailua for a couple years.

i would say the goal of the site definitely needs to be more obvious. i was a little confused when i went there, didn't quite know what to expect.
Spellcheck, maybe?
Also, the layout section where you are talking about the G5, iPod, UT, etc. is pretty cramped together and I was having a hard time reading those columns.
