Did not find this problem in search, so here goes. I am currently running OS X 10.10.3 on my 27" iMac with no problems. But, I want to download the current version to create a USB install disk. When I try to download from the App store, it tells me it is all ready installed and do I want to continue. I select continue and nothing happens If I click on the name it brings me to the download page and again nothing happens when I select continue.

Has anyone else been able to download the current version from the App store or from anywhere?

If you have a previous version of the Yosemite installer stored on any of your drives indexed by Spotlight, the download won't start. Either delete the old installer or archive it (zip, dmg,...) and then the download should start.
