Hi,
I can not login to my AppleID on my iphone 6s. I get either the shaky screen or a verification failed message. I can login to my icloud account as well as my apple ID from various computers. I also tried logging into my account on another, new Iphone 6s at the apple store and it didnt work either.
I was also told from the Apple Store that I a reinstall of IOS could solve this problem, but I cant upgrade from my computer as I cant login to Itunes either with my icloud account.
I have been working with Apple Support for over 2 weeks and have heard nothing, apparently it is in engineering.
Has anyone else had issues like this?
