I picked up an iPhone 4 off contract last week and I've been having issues with it. It, for whatever reason, won't connect to the iTunes store, even when on WiFi. I've tried two different networks (home network, mifi network) and same issue. I've restored the device to factory settings. I've deleted and then connected to my wifi router. I've signed out and then signed back in of the iTunes account. My roommate's iPod touch has no issues at all downloading stuff from our shared iTunes account. I can browse through the iTunes app store easily on my phone.. the only thing it won't do is download.
