Can't get past activation screen

So I joined the Developer's Program and I added my phone's UDID in the devices screen but I get an error that says "We're unable to complete activation..." and it says it's because the device is not registered as part of the iPhone Developer Program. But it is... I've checked the screen numerous times. I rebooted the phone numerous times. Any thoughts? I added the UDID about two hours ago.

Try using "Option+Update" instead of "Option+Restore".
