Run this command in the Terminal:
    Code:
    sudo chflags nohidden ~/Library

or just option-click on the Go Menu when you want to access your library, it will show in the folders list.

chflags nohidden ~/Library will unhide the folder you are looking for.

Why go through the trouble every time you want to go to your Library? Just use the Terminal commands and it is permanently visible in the Finder.

It's in the GO menu, or type libr in the finder search bar.
