    Wirelessly posted (iPhone 4: Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_3_5 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8L1 Safari/6533.18.5)

QuickTime works just fine with all formats on Lion for me. So it's definitely not a Lion issue.

Also Can't play .mov in Lion

I, too, can't play .mov files in QT 10 since upgrading to Lion. They open in QT 7 fine though. I haven't investigated the cause yet, just chiming in a "me too".

I couldn't play an M4V I ripped myself. It played fine on Snow Leopard in QuickTime X, and VLC plays it fine even on Lion. QuickTime X in Lion just doesn't play it. It plays everything else I tried though.
