Before the update to os 9.3.5, I was able to print from my ipad air to my fuji xerox printer (docuprint cm115w) with no problem at all – the printer was shown in the printer selections and everything was fine. The printer was connected to my home wifi network as was my ipad.
Now, I cannot print. It appears Airprint cannot find the printer.
I have set up the printer to be "airprint compatible" according to the Fuji youtube video, rebooted the printer, rebooted the ipad and turned the wifi off and on several times but the printer is still not recognised. The wifi is working without problems for other apps and devices.
I have downloaded the fuji print utility app but that doesn't find the printer. I now want to try and set this app up manually and to do this, I need to get the printer's IP address.
Can someone tell me how to find this please?
Or is there another way to get the ipad to recognise the printer?
