Can't see application when it is running

Hi all this is my first post. I'm running OS X Lion and have been using Mac the Ripper 4.x quite happily for a while. But just the other day I went to open it and it seems to be running but I can't see it's interface. I have found that if I right click on the dock and select "Show All Windows" that it shows up surrounded by a blue border. When I click the MTR interface that it disappears again and my desktop is brought back. So basically I can't use the application. Any ideas? I think this is probably an OS X Lion thing that I need to figure out but not sure where to go.
