With the Messages app (OS X 10.8), I'm unable to see when my IM partner is typing a message. I'm using the app for AIM and Yahoo, and it's becoming extremely annoying and confusing to not know whether they're typing or not.
I know there's a small "..." icon that's supposed to appear, but I don't see it anywhere.
