Hey guys. New to the boards.
I'm a system admin in a WIN2K environment. But we have a graphics designer that uses a G4 Mac.
She just started having this problem, but when she tries to send a PDF file via Outlook Express she gets an "Out of Memory" error.
We've increased the virtual memory for Outlook but this doesn't seem to work.
I've searched the internet and Apples site but I can't find anything on this error.
Anyone that has any idea as to what causes this could you please help me out? Thanks.

You might try using Mozilla v. 1.2.1 or another browser with an e-mail client.

You have the minimum and preferred (not virtual) memory slots available to change. You might change them to 16K below total memory and try it again. You might also turn on virtual memory in the Memory Control Panel.

2 things, I assume since it's a G4 you're running OS X, and what version of M$OE are you using.

This site may add some insight.

Have you tried any other mail services, like "Mail" that come with OS X?

I ask because my G3 runs Jaguar and I use Mail as my mail app. with no problems sending very large PDFs back and forth from home and work. I to am a desktop publisher who produces 20 - 50 mb PDFs frequently.
