Caps Lock not registering every time I hit it (mbp 2015)

Hi guys, I'm using a rMbp 13" early 2015 and I experienced since day 1 that the CAPS LOCK key isn't working properly. I'm a fast typer and it doesn't register everytime I hit it. I would say it's about 70% register and 30% miss. I gave it other people to try it out and they would have the same problem.

The machine is one month old. It's a small flaw,but it can be really annoying when working. Somebody had the same problem?

It's a design feature, it requires it to be pressed down for a fraction longer to eliminate accidental activation. Been like that since about 2008 or so I think on macs.

It's annoying, but since I typically use shift instead of caps lock, I rarely notice the issue.

I guess I will have to start using shift more often as well
What mouse do you guys use with your MacBook? I started using the trackpad and when pluging in a mouse to work faster, it actually slowed me down. I used cheap mouses with windows laptops, but this track pad works like a gem.
