    Although much in that article has a kernel of truth, Chinese nationalism is equally repugnant... I wonder what the People's Daily has to say on Tibet.

    It's often said that more people have been killed in the name of religion (or God or Christ or whatever suits the current argument) than for anything else.

    I'm going to go out on a limb and say that today, more people have been killed in the name of nationalism than from any other reason.

    Nationalism is simply religion where the moral parts don't have to be ignored because they never existed.
