Classic in OSX help

Hi im looking for a classic emulator for OSX on my intel imac. I got some old games like caesar 3 and command and conqure i would love to play again but i just get a error trying to load the installer saying i need classic. So any os8/9 emulators out there or some one with the skill to make rosseta-classic

You can install CLASSIC from your Tiger installation disc no 2.

Is Classic even possible on the Intels? You might SOL... (I don't know enough about the Intels)
