classic on start-up

how do i set it so that Classic Mode starts up when i turn on my PB? or is it possible to run Classic like and application and just open it when i want to?

Classic will start when you launch a classic application (and Classic isn't already running), but starting classic takes time, so (if you have enough RAM then) you can set it to start on login in System Preferences -> Classic -> Start/Stop.
