Cleaning Powerbook palm rest

Let's say I don't want to dish out the money to buy things like iClear or something like that... what would you all suggest I use to clean the screen?

What should I use to get the stuff out of the keyboard of the keyboard? Should I purchase some of that anti-dust spray?
