    iTMS Europe

The reason Apple is taking so long is that they want to have an iTunes Music Store Europe, not an iTMS UK and iTMS France and iTMS Germany. That would probably result in a much higher infrastructure for Apple that they don't want to deal with. Also, every iPod owner in Europe is probably just waiting for the music store to come, so they won't be buying any songs from the Coke site. Napster's disadvantage in the UK will be that since Coke is already there and Apple will get all the iPod owners, they're left in a tough position.

Didn't someone say that the Coke music store is fueled by AOL MusicNet, which is now linked to iTunes?? . . . . .

Is AOL MusicNet different than the AOL-iTunes agreement??
