If you really have no idea what it is, Google is, as usual, the place to go. It is apparently the name and course number of a New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies class:

    http://www.scps.nyu.edu/departments/course.jsp;jsessionid=D0D22WXFCPO1TAD0SM5SFEQ?courseId=68690

    "Mac OS and Color Systems"
    X36.9223

The course description on the site makes it sound like a very rudamentary introduction to the MacOS and the basics of computer color--CMYK vs RGB, that sort of thing.

I actually did google it and got the same thing. I didn't realize that it was the course #. I thought it was a specific color system that i wasn't aware of.
