complete collections on iTunes

I noticed that some artists have "complete collections" of their songs listed on the iTunes (in the USA). Do other artists have collections like this available? If so, where do I find a list of such complete collections? I looked around but didn't see a listing of such things. Somebody must maintain such a list.
