    Okay ... consider this ...

The House of Representatives is the most right-leaning branch of government, especially when compared to the U.S. Senate and the POTUS.

    So give them this victory.

This bill will never pass both the senate and get signed by Obama.

As a bonus, this whole episode will help confirm the right is out-of-touch and anti-youth.

I hope Sen. Wyden is up for a filibuster. This **** needs to die in the senate. I really don't trust Obama vetoing it after that 180 he pulled on the NDAA. And no, funding the troops does not trump the constitution.

    It's not donations, it's paychecks...

I think politicians should be more like NASCAR drivers. At least NASCAR drivers are honest about who "owns" them.

    This is hardly surprising.

I use the word donations extremely loosely. I'd love to see what kind of wining and dining is going on behind the scenes. Maybe a few stacks of cash for dessert.

Come to DC and walk into any nice restaurant downtown or on the Hill. You can see it for yourself.

One in four Democrats out of touch with americans? Non-shocker?

I agree this bill is a big bag of douche, and those who voted for it are as well, but it's comical how all Democrats get a pass as long as more Republicans are idiots.

They don't get a pass, they're dicks and need to be replaced. But the fact is that 77% of democrats voted NO on the bill, only 13% of republicans did....
it's a huge difference and no coincidence. You just called 87% of the GOP in congress bags of douche, i see we're making progress with you!

Way to stay on topic bud. Instead of trying to turn the focus to me why don't you defend the actions of the majority of your party?

"My party?" Prove it with some links, punk. I've already said that if the new healthcare law is deemed unconstitutional, I'll vote Obama over Romney.

So, why don't you defend the inbred actions of "your party."

Once again, it's a liberal who can't stop stereotyping others.

The "others" stereotype themselves, and then people like you come here and defend them, punk.

I have nothing to defend, my party isn't consistently passing laws that invade people's privacy in and out of the bedroom.

Funny how you left out the rest of my quote. Guess it required non-linear thinking.

Funny how you still haven't completely responded to my first post and replied with an off topic comment.

    You always do that though...

What was there to "completely respond to" in your first post? Seriously. Tell me. You leveled your classic "I hate Republicans." Rdowns and I called you out as being hypocritical about Democrats who voted for it. I know the Hypocrisy Pill is hard to swallow, but sometimes you've got to.

As for my position on the topic, in.my.first post I called everyone who voted for the bill a douchebag.

You can keep backtracking away from the fact that I am not a Republican, and that I will vote Democrat in the presidential election when the healthcare law is deemed unconstitutional. Or, if you prefer, you can keep doubling down on your either-everyone-is-with-every-word-I-say-or-they-are-a-Republican crap.

    Ooooh. I just got bur-r-r-r-rned.

I, too, can't wait until school is out this summer. Hope to go to camp.

Maybe the Republicans were pulling the Nancy Pelosi trick and did the old "We have to pass the bill so you can find out what is in it".
