    Once the Democrats control a house or two again (at whatever point in the future that may be) will they of the political will and legal right to nail the Bush amdinistration to the wall? I'd like to think that once Bush leaves office he could still be charged criminally for his conduct in the intelligence and possibly Katrina fiascos. Can the Republican leadership only be excoriated with words rather than lawsuits for letting such things slide?

    Yep. They'll never criticize one of their own, no matter how contemptable he is.
