    You can start up a Mac in 'target disk mode' I believe; plug in a firewire cable and hold down T when starting up. The PC should see the mac as another disk. Probably - look it up on the apple support site.

    Yes you can. It will also run TCP/IP and you can connect just like any other network. Just switch on Windows File Sharing on your Mac.
