Connecting a 2.5 or 3.5 in Hard Drive to an iPod

So right now I have this iPod with no hard drive, and I'm wanting to hook up a 80 or 100 gb HD to it and keep it in my car(or way bigger if I go with a 3.5)

Has anyone tried this? I know it's possible, and I'd really love to try it out. Anyone care to help me out?

yeah, I found that but it doesn't have a pin diagram. Right now I have the pieces but i don't know which pins to connect to eachother.
