I have an iBook G4, the kind that came out in July 2005. I would like to connect it to the TV so that I can watch downloaded videos. I know I have to buy the Apple Video Adapter, but what else do I need? What do I need to transmit Audio to the TV? I will appreciate any help with this matter...

to send audio to the tv you would need a 3.5mm to stereo rca connector to plug into you headphone jack on your ibook. They are avalible at almost every electronics stores.

AFAIK the apple video adapter has s-video and composite (yellow rca cable) connectors. So just connect it to your tv either way.

What happens with the iBook sends video out to a TV or external monitor? I think only pbooks support powering higher resolutions, so is the image stretched and thus a little blurry or does it look exactly the same just surrounded by black?
