Contacts won't save

Hi,

I want to edit a card in my Contacts. I've tried using the 'Edit' button to remove the errant email address, then click 'Done' but as soon as I've clicked 'Done' the email address is back again. The same thing happens in any card or type of entry. What can I do to fix it?
