I spent a few hours on this the other day, and rather than try to describe step-by-step all the problems I think I'll try to start over. What is the easiest way to burn .mkv video files with .ass subs onto DVDs? 1) I tend to encounter .ass more than .srt, but if someone has advice for just .srt I can probably work with that. 2) I'm still running 10.4 but will finally get around to upgrading if it will significantly make this easier. The reason I'm stressing "easiest" here is that, from what I could gather, several steps and multiple pieces of software can be involved, and when you're dealing with audiovisual stuff there are infinite opportunities for everything from sound to aspect ratio to subtitle format to get screwed up. It seems to me that there should be a single piece of software that can do this-- I know there is on Windows. Also please don't just link to an old thread on this, I've looked through most of them. Thanks.
