So I downloaded an album in "Flac" format. I converted it to MP3, but here's the problem... it converted the entire album/cd as a single file, not as individual tracks.
Any thoughts from the brain power here?

You can split it into separate tracks using Audacity.

Going to have to DL the original FLAC file again.
    I'll let you know.

You can split an MP3 file with Audacity... no need to download again.

Yes, you can import FLAC, MP3 and other audio files, convert them to other formats, and split them into separate tracks with Audacity.

So far, so good! Using the automatic silence finder to select tracks. Working well.
    Thanks for the information!

If you're going to compress it down from FLAC, use AAC at least.
