I've noticed that every time I open CB it reverts back to throttling lever "low" no matter what it was at before I closed it last time. I'm trying to set the throttling to high, but it won't save the setting. When I click save it stays where I saved it until I close and re-open CB. Anyone have this same issue? Thanks.
