Would it be worth it for me to upgrade a 733 quicksilver with a 1.3 single or dual upgrade? Not sure if I need a dual but would there be much diff for everyday use? Aside from being able to tell you guys I have a dual system. :)

I upgraded my 867MHz Quicksilver '01 with a dual 1.33GHz. I'm VERY happy with it. Along the way I've also put in a nVidia GF4 Ti, an ATA/6 card, 3 more HDs, and recently a Pioneer DVR-108. Very happy.

for everyday stuff i noticed a rather big difference going from a 450MHz cube to a dual 450MHz tower pull, it really depends if you multitask allot as i generally have about 6 apps open at a time.

for a dual i recomend powerlogix but you would have to wait untill they get some in stock as there changing supplier as there old one is accused of makeing powerlogix dodgy cards in a pact with giga designs (see www.cubeowner.com for more info) for a single i'd get an owc mercury extreme.

The quicksilver model is a great candidate for an upgrade, it has a fast system bus, and has I think AGP 4x so you can keep the machine pretty fast with a good proc card, and a good video card, plus some RAM.
