    1) "Preview", like TinyURL

    2) Option to cloak or not

    3) No forced ads

    Yes. e.g.

    Code:
    reallyreallyreallylongurl.com/mysite/folder/subfolder/images/vacation/index.htm
    to

    Code:
    short.url/vacationpics
    rather than

    Code:
    short.url/fj4jj5nw

Have a box with one-click highlighting so it's easy to copy.

If the user chooses to cloak the real URL, it means that the tiny url will still be shown in the URL bar as opposed to the one it redirects to.

I guess the usefulness of this depends on what your service is for.

Are you trying to be like TinyURL, or like .co.nr?

it is highlighted in red and i think it is easy to copy

i will think about the cloaking, but i have to check out SEO on that

i am trying to add in features that Tinyurl and other services don't have, that is why i am having community to give me some ideas, but i may also release this software as open source on google code so right now i use it for my self just a summer side project

Have you tried BudURL? They support tracking, even track bots, and you can pick your redirect (307 or 301), customize your URL, and see referrers....

the 301 is a "permanent move" which tells the SEO that url will be that new url and stop searching, the way BudURL works on that it uses SEO <meta> tags to track the url somethings which is done with other software and programs which i can have on my server because of bandwidth and other restricts on my VPS
