In case anyone hasn't heard, the much beloved CNN program "Crossfire" has bid its farewell to the airwaves for the last time today. James Carville, Paul Begala, Robert Novak, we will miss you. The debate show that has blessed our hearts is now gone :( .

Supposedly they are all doing a new show premiering in the summer or whatever. Ever since they started bringing in all those replacements, I knew it was the beginning of the end...

Anyone except me like Crossfire? WOOT JAMES CARVILLE!!!!! :)

As usual, he was dead on. Political debate shouldn't just be a couple clowns yelling at each other, but I think that's all most of these jokers are up for.

that show was great when ralph nader cohosted with novak... despite the fact that i disagree with tucker carlson on most political issues, i thought it was respectable of him to accept that bush's war had gone horridly... other than that i think they were all just mouthpieces for their political parties... not truly "on the right" or "on the left".

There are a few other shows John Stewart could kill other than Crossfire. I wonder if Tucker will have JS on his new show.

I was going to make a joke about how they were hurting America. Figured it might be inappropriate, but I'm glad someone mentioned it. Jon Stewart = :) :D  ... Crossfire =  :(

Yes, the episode with Jon Stewart was great, especially when he made fun of Tucker Carlson's bowtie. What a phony. Good riddance!

crossfire proved how stupidity is dangerous. honestly i'm amazed that anyone would listen to those monkeys. half the time they didn't even disagree with each other, or even have opposing views - i thought "am i missing something here - crossfire?" maybe it wasn't an analogy.

don't let the door hit you on the *** on the way out.

An award to Crossfire for lowering the standards of debate is certainly in order.
