The BBC series 'From our own correspondent' focuses on the 'Cult of Mac' from the Apple Store in SoHo.

It's pretty positive although there are a few mistakes. I'm also distressed to discover that I'm missing out on a secret acknowledgement signal

It's on Radio 4 now. I can't listen at work unfortunately - but you can stream it from the link above for the next week. Or listen in on the World Service at various points for the next week.

Where does it mention 'a secret acknowledgement signal'

Now I'm worried. Not only don't I know the signal but I can't see it in the article.

I won't be able to go outside.

It is the greatest atmosphere ever! But know that the ipod has taken over it is crawling with PC people and every tom dick and harry. Before it was very Mac Fab, now people who hate mac or have no interest just go because it has been written in magazines and in the media as very cool and a pick-up place, i use to love to go know its annoying.
