I have a custom button in interface builder that uses an image for the button. The button as displayed in IB looks to be the correct size/position. I save the interface, exit out, then go back to Xcode.

When I compile and run, the application shows the button image much larger than in IB. I've tried various "view modes" in the view area of the button, but nothing seems to help.

Is there a way to have the app scale down a graphic to fit inside the bounding rectangle of the interface object? Or do I simply need to resize the PNG image of the button to the size needed for the app?
