Type your search criteria into Spotlight. Let's say her name is 'The Bitch'.

After typing in 'The Bitch' and the results come up in the Spotlight menu, click Show All, on top of the list.

A finder-like window will show up, with all the results of your search. Highlight and drag anything related to her, to the Trash

Empty it. Move on. Get a new Girlfriend. :)

PS: Sorry about you and your girl.

THAT SOUNDED SO COOL. like a gun... or something (when i chucked everything, and it made the 'putting this bitch's emails in the trash' sound)!
    my God that was therapeutic!
    thankx for the help, too!
PS: You don't have to be sorry about losing a girl who was bitchy, homie ;)
    cheers
