I have backed up everything on my computer... but I was wondering if they need to access your user account when doing work. I was going to make an admin account named repair person or something... is that what most people do? I dont want to have to delete all my keychains to sites, but I dont want some stranger logging into gmail or amazon on me.

Yes, they will ask for you password. If it's hardware, they will still ask, and may never use it.

They really don't care what's on your computer. They don't have time to. What ever you do, don't walk in and say "Don't look in this folder." It's a guarantee that they techs will.

They just need access to an admin account. Create a new one, give it a password, then delete it all when you get the system back. As mentioned, they're not going to root through your drives.

Some good advice, though: backup everything as though you're going to lose the Mac, and de-authorize it from iTMS. You never know.

O yes... iTunes forgot about that.... made all the backups, but that would have sucked having this thing authorized still seeing I have three accounts tied to it. Thanks everyone.
