dock isn't centered.

    My dock which is positioned on the botton of the screen isn't centered.

    I've checked other threads but haven't found an explanation.

    any ideas?

    Your dock is pinned.

    Find and delete the dock .plist file.

    thanks but no luck

    thanks, i tried deleting the apple.dock.plist but it didn't solve my problem.

    Did you install any kind of 3rd party app for altering the appearance of the Dock, for example Transparent Dock?

    Did you log out and back in after deleting it?

    ok. now it's working again. thanks a lot

    that worked. i deleted and then restarted and it's centered again.
