Do I have to have an ISP provider in order to access 'free' wireless at airports, coffee shops, wherever...??? Yes, I have a wireless capable system.

    Thank you !

Not at coffee shops and the like. You just need a wireless card in your computer (internal or external).

Airports almost always had a system that you need to pay to use though, just so you know. Coffee shops and the like are free and easy to use 99.9999% of the time.
