Depends Greatly On The Weather
Not always but alot of the time my MBP makes a high pitched noise similar to a dog whistle. I do not think it is the whine though. Is there anyway to fix this?

Thanks

Hey,

Is this an early Core Duo version? It sounds like you have the early inverter problem. Just call apple and they'll repair it for you.

No upper right.

 when you browse internet, say with safari, and when you scrolling the page down, does the sound disappear?

when your CPU are run at very high usage, like 100% on both core, does the sound disappear?

if no for both, well, then it's a different problem than the one i had, and you have hope!

No difference with CPU usage and page scrolling does nothing.
