    Well there are plenty who've made handsome profits selling them on ebay but if you ask me that window is closing fast now that Apple has a way to track inventory at your local store.

    comes down to supply and demand. I paid about $50 over for a wii for my kids for christmas. I knew I was overpaying, and it was worth every penny to get it without having to fight lines or have perfect timing.

    I think there was a thread in the Marketplace section where someone paid $5000 for one a couple days after they came out.
