    Hi all,

I know that the Nintendo USB WiFi stick doesn't work with Macs.

Can anyone tell me about this other USB WiFi Stick made by Intec? According to the Amazon.com description, it works with "any internet enabled PC". Would that include Macs?

I know I could always make an Airport setup... but it is a lot more convenient with just a USB stick in my Mac.

Here's the product link from Amazon (couldn't find the Intec website) :

I don't think there are Mac drivers to use it.

G routers are only backwards compatible because they send out two signals, a B and G

If your computer is connected to the internet via ethernet, and you have an airport card in your mac, you can use that to connect to the ds.

    Look at this thread: http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=162400&highlight=shared+internet+nintendo+ds

    From Nintendo's official website:

So unfortunately no. There are many routers that work with it, however (that's how I get online with my DS) so you shouldn't have too much trouble finding one, if you don't have one already.

Bummer, so either way it's going to cost me a lot of money to go online with the DS. And I just bought a new router a few months ago but it's not wireless, had I only known back then.

Yeah, sorry about that man. As for the router DarkNetworks mentioned – it's a good one – I have that model. Might cost you around $50-$60 or so.
