So I'm trying to fix up my friend's Sawtooth. She wanted to add a second monitor; both are VGA, so she asked around and was able to salvage two PCI monitor cards (the second monitor is for text/email so lo-fi is ok). We got the machine to recognize two of them (according to system profiler); however, we then went to the monitors panel to switch on the dual option (a tab that says either "arrange" or "detect monitors" should have appeared) and we couldn't get the computer to register or run anything on the second monitor (currently just a grey screen). The cards are apple compatible and were pulled from working systems; I don't have the specs on the other one (but I'm pretty sure it was pulled from a b/w, it looks the same as the one from mine), but the one I have in my office to play with is an IT Video/IMS IX3D (specs). Any ideas?

Just a casual bump. I know there are tons of Sawtooth users on here, one of you must have a dual or mirrored set up..
