    Of course it's legal. The fight against illegal software and music should be fought elsewere. Kazaa and the likes can never be shut down, the industry has to adapt and find new ways of making money from their products. Their lack of innovation is not Kazaa's fault, Kazaa is merely the result of a bigger problem. Music is to expensive for the entertainment it provides, and good software is much to expensive for the average amateur.

    No ones going to stop

    Seriously no one will stop using services like Kazza or what ever else is out there. there loosing a battle they cant win. iTunes is helping though i am sure but it dont save money really dose it..

    Now they only need to make it world-wide.

    I would love to get this over here (the Netherlands).

    I think the recordlabels need to get this fixed as soon as possible.
