What disc is it? MTR and DVDbackup won't work with some of the newer Columbia/Sony discs. If the warning comes up someway through the process it's usually because the disc's dirty or scratched so give'r a clean and try again. By the way DVDBackup won't work properly with Tiger (it randomly copies files, not all of them).

    An awesome place
Some DVDs now come with bad sectors on purpose, to avoid copying. That may be it. Try another older DVD.

Hi, if after you clean the dvd it still gives you troubles you could look here http://www.ripdifferent.com to see some issues as well. Is it the whole dvd or just the movie only and what region is it?
