Anybody know how to back up my email in OS X? I'm using Mail.app.

I want to be able to keep my email boxes the same (emails filed in specific folders, same emails still in my inbox, etc.)

I'm installing jaguar, but i don't want it to interrupt my email system.

    thanks!

Mail stores all that stuff in ~/Library/Mail, where "~" is your home directory. So if you just backed up that directory, you would be fine.

Drag each folder/mailbox to the desktop. It'll become an "mbox" that you can then save to your iDisk or however you're backing up, then just drag it back into mail.app after you've upgraded.
