    Righty, in a nutshell...

I bought a GBA game off eBay, it arrived late, it was a horrendous and obvious fake. I tell the seller that and he offers to give me about 50% of the cost back (I paid £22 you see, where fake games cost £10). He doesn't. So I just tell him that I'm sending it back, only he's saying that it hasn't arrived yet (i posted this weeks ago).

I've filled out one of those Paypal complaint forms but he's still telling me to give me the money back.
Funny thing is the seller has the game back in his 'shop'. only I can't prove that it arrived back.

Where do I stand here? Should I send him continuous emails about his fake product, post questions in his items as "is this another one of your fakes?". I think he might win me over in this complaint thing without any proof you see.

It is always a good policy to send stuff registered mail or courier (so you have proof of delivery).

Unless you can reverse the PayPal transaction you might not get very far.
This thread (among others) has some links to sites that discuss PayPal problems. You might find your solution in one of those.

    Good luck.

I'm getting on his nerves now so I'm getting somewhere! I filed a paypal dispute, but I couldn't understand it! So I'm now doing an eBay dispute. I've filed for the claim (I'll only get £6 back! so bloody annoyed. I've got £60 to last me till June!) and he's pulling at straws now, apparently saying that he's selling fake games is classed as slander! hehe. I know I'm right there, I've had a bunch of emails from people who noticed my negative feedback saying that their games were fake too! so its all good. I'm going to command my mini army to seek pay back too.

I'm just sick of eBay and fake items. Never going there again. It's just not worth it!
