iPod touch Educators Discount for new iPod Touch 4G

I know that Apple gives teachers a discount on their products and I was wondering if the new iPod touch will get a discount. I went online but it wouldn't let me add it to my cart when I was logged in to the educators discount so therefore I couldn't see a price.

Also, will I still have to pay tax when I purchase it as an educator?
