Ehm, I am about to order the MBA, but I'm thinking, since the cables that you can buy as accesories for the mac are only vga to mdP how on earth do I connect my computer to my school's projectors?

I don't suppose the vga to mdP will "fit" into the TB connector?

    Any insight is appreciated.

    Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.3.3; en-us; Sprint APX515CKT Build/GRI40) AppleWebKit/533.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/533.1)

Thunderbolt is backwards compatible with the mini displayport, so go ahead.

Really? I thought the TB port was somewhat big and the mdP connector was very very small, didn't know that, thanks!

    That's right it's backward compatible.

If it wasn't, it would be sort of a total disaster wouldn't it? :D
