I have had lots of problems since upgrading to El Capitan with iMovie. Constant crashes. I've spent ages on the net trying to find a solution. I've cleared the list I found in preferences (there was only one with iMovie), I've deleted the current iMovie and reinstalled (although when I try and find a library, it crashes). I did have some success using time capsule and putting in an old version, but when trying to load photos it would crash. Some of the files were kept on a Wd drive, not sure whether that is relevant, however photos trying to upload were local.
I don't know what else to do- any thoughts appreciated. Not a geek, just want it to work
