Elcapitan with Airmail App and Google Authenticator

Hi i have on my Elcapitan macbook pro a few yahoo and gmail email accounts With Airmail ( a mac app for email).

If i enable two factor authentication using Google authenticator how do I reconfigure the gmail and yahoo accounts on my Airmail app?

Any help would be appreciated much!
